Winston Wong, MD, MS, FAACP serves as Medical Director, Community Benefit, and Director, Disparities and Quality Initiatives for Kaiser Permanente’s National Program Office. He is responsible for developing partnerships with communities and organizations in advancing population management and evidence based medicine, with a particular focus on health disparities and vulnerable populations.

Yalda Shahram, MD is an Internal Medicine resident at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland. She is interested in issues of access to care, socioeconomic effects on prognoses, the medical-legal system and the cost of healthcare in the United States.
