UCSF WC4BL has been working closely with supportive administrators and students committed to anti-racism work to release the final draft of our Racial Justice Report Card.
This report card is a national effort undertaken by WC4BL in medical schools across the country to serve as both an organizing tool and a method for holding medical schools accountable. This report evaluates UCSF Medical School and ZSFG in their institutional diversity, pre-clinical curriculum, student life, and hospital culture.
We will be presenting our findings with a call for community-wide engagement around these issues. We encourage folks to come and share their knowledge/power, stratagize, and build a community around these issues.
