How To Implement Rigorous Evaluation of Social Needs Interventions

Are you struggling with how to evaluate your social needs intervention? Join us for a one-hour webinar with two experts who will share their experiences and advice on evaluating interventions that address patients’ social needs as part of clinical care, followed by a Q&A.

Speakers

Seth Berkowitz, MD, Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Medicine and Clinical Epidemiology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, will share the processes he has used to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to address social and economic needs in the context of chronic disease management.
